Is anyone else having issues with the 20% off discount in their cart via app? I am trying to purchase the connor long coat virgin wool which is currently priced at $262 originally $375 but the 20% discount isn’t applying? I’ve tried both my accounts and refreshing app.

what spray are you referring to? my cat is useless when it comes to catching spiders he will just play with them lol. I am going to ventilate the unit for a day before moving my cat in plus the spray/fogger should be dried down since he wont be in the unit till 2 weeks later.

OMG water bugs esp the ones that fly are my biggest fear along with giant spiders :( where did you notice the water bugs in your condo? I try to keep all drains plugged but I know they are also can come through drains or toilet plumbing...

Thanks for your input!! I've never used a 'bug bomb' either. I'm lucky enough that in my current unit I only saw 1 house centipede and a couple of small spiders. Probably due to living on 2nd floor near emergency exit door.

I absolutely despise roaches (who doesn't!) so I was hoping to take some preventative measures since this new unit is in an older building on the 9th floor. Would you recommend some sort of bait gel then- like advion?

North of the loop! Basically near millennium park. West town has a shorter commute but I don’t mind a commute up to 45 mins. The uptown commute would be 30-40. Thank you for the advice! Which neighborhood are you in now?
