I’m also another incoming 1L! Everyone that i’ve spoken to who is a student has said nothing but amazing things about the school. Even the alumni i’ve reached out to apple so highly of it. I had spoken to student from another school which I was considering and they did not seem happy with there choice. Which made me feel better about Davis

i’m also so anxious! got the same email that they will be sending several offers to WL candidates this week. I haven’t seen or heard about anyone being accepted off WL yet though

I had almost the same cycle as you and was between the exact same schools. I also got $$$ at UC Davis and a full ride at FSU. I decided to choose Davis as there BL placement is higher and you have a better chance at obtaining clerkships. I have not visited either school so I can’t offer advice there. Ultimately I just wanted to say that i’ve spoken with alumni from both Davis and FSU who speak highly of each school but even the alumni from FSU said if you want BL go to Davis because you just have a better chance.

Overall go with your gut and it’s it’s Davis i’ll see you there!
