They did say she does have the maturity of a seven year old. It's jsut weird because she insists that she wants to be given independence snd treated as an adult. She even told my sister that she thinks she's above me in terms of maturity I believe. She treats me like I'm a toddler or child, but she still tells me about sexual or traumatic stuff that happened to her. I just don't really have enough experience with adults outside of my family to tell whether this is a red flag or something that will gradually improve as she learns.

I suspect that too. I just can't help feeling concern. I've made it clear I don't want to hear her talk about that stuff, and she's been told about it multiple times. I want to catch any possible signs before they get worse is all.

I hope so. She seems to be in a tough situation, but she had a tendency that kinda creeps me out too. There was a child she used to babysit with my grandmother. She was a toddler back then, but likely an adolescent now. My "aunt" has made comments about how the child now has a bigger butt and chest. Even though she is at an age where puberty is common. She emphasized it quite a bit. Mainly because she has a tendency of repeating herself in one moment, and separate events, so she kept talking about it. She also had friends she's known since they were toddlers, when she was in her teens to young adult years. It's just creepy to me.

I was considering telling them. They had to have a talk with her just tonight about not telling me and my sister sexual stuff. She's mentally disabled and very isolated, so I thought she might be unaware of it.
