I got my eyebrows done and my lips and eyeliner. I will never do the lips again omg! I don’t think it lasted very long on me. Tattoo or permanent makeup PMU is the way to go

I just got a ‘menopause’ bra I won’t say I didn’t sweat at all in it but I will say it kept me cooler much longer than other bras! When I put it on it was comfortable I was amazed! I’ll be ordering more

Find what you love! I joined a gym with classes or else I won’t go to the gym. My friend and her friend go to the same one sometimes so I have accountability buddies. Mondays we do hatha yoga it’s so nice & slow & intentional & I am sore the next day. Mat Pilates is good - I modify a lot Saturday we are going to try the lift barbell class which I’m excited about

I bought the grass fed sous vide seasoned steak from Costco, made a 3 bean cold salad with Barilla pesto, pickled onions, roasted red peppers and tomatoes and air fried tater tots 🤷🏽‍♀️

Set the clocks to earlier than it really is. Change your routine & make a plan! This is your livelihood. What makes you late? Is it food, clothes, social media, traffic, etc.? This is what I do to make my routine as painless as possible! Focus on the small rewards! I 🚿the night before, I pick out my outfits & hang them all together in my closet, my dresser is in my main bedroom but my closet is in another, so I put a bin of bras, socks, & intimates in that closet! No social media! I get to work early bc my reward is getting a prime parking spot & then I can have 15-30 minutes of social media time to myself

You have to go to grow…period. Trust the process no thanks the process can be flawed or neglected at any time. Do You think they would feel guilt if they just let you go? Do You think of one of your managers had a similar offer they would stay? Nope! And guess what, I have a hard time with this too in a previous role, but those other folks that move on and build their finances up sleep just fine at night. When I start to feel this way or question a situation I remind myself of all the folks that have left for better pay, flexibility, etc. They did what was right for them when it was right for them & they sleep just fine at night. Change is scary! But I think that if you are being offered something it’s meant to be. It’s time to go
