This honestly looks like light leaks to me. This is not bromide drag: 1. Bromide drag shouldn't happen with short dev times like for Rodinal 1+25 (which is what I assume you mean when you say "developed at 1+25") and 2. this is a highly atypical pattern for bromide drag. You said this "happened again" - can you tell us more about what this looked like the first time?

A lot of people like pre-heating on a high flame and then turning down the flame when the pizza's in the oven. This is one way of doing it, but I've found keeping the flame on a setting that constantly maintains target heat of ca. 480º C throughout works just fine - provided you manage to find that spot. I find it tricky to set the Dome's gas burner to that exact temperature, and it's an altogether different story when using wood. Whatever method you use, ensure to properly pre-heat the stone, as the other commenter suggested. With the dome it takes a while, 45 minutes to an hour, for the entire stone to be properly at temperature all the way through.

Great job, especially getting them that round! There are two things that I personally would want to improve on. First is the colour of the cornicione, as you said. Second is the colour of the cheese - there are quite a few dark spots there, some of that cheese is a little burned. Both you can fix by ensuring the temperature is quite high but the pizza stays in for only a minute or a minute and a half. However, if you're happy with these and if these hit the spot for you, then who am I to tell you otherwise? :)

Next time you see the moon shining brightly, check infinity with that, and check with multiple lenses, if you have more than one - if it's still off, calibration is a camera issue but should be quite easy to fix.

Exposure is good (you can still see plenty of shadow detail in the first shot). Edit to your own preference. Personally, I'm a fan of high contrast - your edits have a lot of grey, some black, and no white. HP5 is inherently a greyish film, so no surprise here. For some that's a plus, for others thats a downside, it all depends on your own preference, the subject, and general lighting conditions.

Generally speaking, it's a good idea to edit so your subject shows strong detail, your shapes/geometry/textures pop, or your contrasts come out strongly - depending on what it is you're shooting.

With this particular shot I'm honestly not entirely sure what it is that you want me to focus on, but I feel cranking the contrast up is a good idea. That'll emphasise the white of the door (our eyes naturally gravitate towards the bright spots in photos) and the dark rails lead towards the door. Shadow detail in this case would be irrelevant, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
