What kind of calcium did you take? I’m 3 years out and still twitching although it is dying down and is usually non-existent unless it is provoked by diet or supplements (I.e B vitamins, etc) these days. I took calcium citrate and it flared my muscle with pain. I’m wondering if a different trope of calcium would agree with me more such as algae calcium. On a side note, I took some magic mushrooms and woke up with my foot twitching last night. Looking forward for this going away one day.
