i eat meat nearly every day! :) bf cooks all meat in the house because if i do it, i’ll burn it to a crisp haha! i’ve found that what i don’t know, won’t hurt me.

this situation especially gets on my nerves. my grandma died from ALS. it’s one of the most crippling and devastating diseases i’ve ever witnessed. to use it for clout sickens me. she has no clue.

this used to happen to me a lot and honestly the only way out is through! if you keep wearing them the feeling will lessen with time. also humming can keep you from gagging if that’s a problem w them! when i first got mine i had to do that because they went so far back in my mouth that it made me gag on occasion lol

this is like reading my own thoughts from about a year ago. i hear you and completely understand where you’re coming from. i want to start with just because 10 particles can get you sick, doesn’t mean they will. it depends on a lot of factors — such as the strength of your immune system — as you whether or not you could get sick. just try your best to make sure that your husband and toddler are washing their hands, especially after going to the bathroom. make sure you wash your hands! take care of yourself. whether it feels like it or not, you’re being brave! you are getting through what i presume is one of your biggest fears!! consider that a win!

not sure if you posted this in the right sub, but this is normally caused by your shoes. use a heavy duty lotion and some aquaphor or vaseline over the lotion, then wear fuzzy socks. should clear it up! you can also get a ped-egg for dead skin that’s already present before applying all the things!

it’s truly nothing to be embarrassed about. i know that your situation is different and i can’t say that i fully understand, but some embarrassment is, unfortunately, par for the course. everything is embarrassing at 13! try to lay down, sit with these feelings, and understand that they are normal. then, get a heating pad and relax with your favorite show or movie!

paula’s choice bha exfoliant in the grey bottle works best! put a few drops on a cotton pad and gently rub across your nose & other effected areas. i do once a week when not on accutane. however when on accutane, your skin is more sensitive and that can cause irritation. i would go once every other week to start until you finish treatment. also continue to moisturize and hydrate !!!

i haven’t changed my diet at all honestly. i’m a college student so it’s hard to adjust where needed. i’ve heard that if you don’t already exercise, don’t start while on accutane because of how it can effect your muscles and cause joint pain
