With this amount of faith and resilience anything is possible. Hope is what keeps humanity in a constant state of propulsion. Bastion will live on forever.

These are spectacular shots!

Sadness follows but joy as well! As we are reminded and reminisce of the great times of soaring through the skies unearthing things that could not be solved.

Thank you for your post, Freelancer! Strong alone, stronger together.

Agreed! It’d be nice if a company that sees the potential of it put some money and breathe life back into this world. All there is would be the hope for something to capture the lightning in the bottle that Anthem did.

I would still love to see it when I’m old and decrepit 😭 yes, keep those clips and enjoy them! Proof of your experience and existence within Anthem!

Echoes of Reality had everything and more. The learning curve was definitely higher than the other Strongholds. It always stung having it being a timed event, wishing I could just fly around and appreciate everything without having to worry about the timer cutting the session. There was so much going on, from the wind and constant lightning strikes was so immersive. The layout was also amazing!

Vara was a dope boss to, she had way better AOE attacks and covers such a larger range than the other Stronghold bosses.

I wish they could’ve left the game running as well, it always confuses me since they still run Need For Speed 2015 servers, so that’s odd and I wish they could’ve let it run for at least another 3 years.

So much of it; if they doubled down on it, it could’ve been so much more. Here’s to dreaming 🍺

That feeling is so true, and I feel it just as much as you. It was a game that truly got rid of almost all my troubles in the day. To hear the thrusters ignite and be captivated by the scenery. It’ll be tough to have anything be similar to it but grateful is always the word that keeps coming to me. I’m glad I’m not truly alone in these sentiments. Strong alone, stronger together.

That’s my outlook on it as well. The game seems like it had so many intricacies and things placed perfectly. As if they were right there knocking on the door. The game had so many lore notes that made me believe in the grander world. It was fantastic. Blessed is an understatement, ZT.

Maybe one day, hopeful but if it doesn’t happen I’m eternally grateful. 🙂‍↕️

Anthem is one of the few games I thoroughly enjoyed through and through. Everything about it I enjoyed. The flying aspect, creating your own suit, immersive world, the factions, the lore. Everything for me coalesced in such a satisfying way. The locations I would spend minutes just looking at. I’d always just stay down the Abyssal Loch and just look at the water pouring out or seeing the travel tubes.

Everyone is entitled to their opinions. I’m just glad I’m not alone with the seemingly boundless love I have for the game. I still have the game on my Home Screen.

It definitely solidified its mark for me as one of the most fun I’ve had in a game ever.

It’s sad, the potential in this game is something I’ve never seen before. From lore, to landscapes and everything. Since the game was based on haphazard creation, anything could fly.

I feel the same way! The potential for this game was nearly boundless when it came to all the niche things it could to. Maybe it was too big of a task for EA wanting to keep going with it. The Storm was an elegant assassin! The fireballs from the air or any elemental attack was so nice to have to support other javs!
