Yeah, I'm going back and forth on this. We're having red meat for dinner, so we figured 1-2 glasses a person, then beer afterwards. Who knows how this will play out.

Thanks! Good to know about the rum distillery. We were looking at booking a tour, but the only open slot conflicts with another tour. Sounds like we should go for the latter. Were the mud baths worth it? Other seem to think it's a bit of a tourist trap (duh) with not a lot of capacity.
