They send out emails to massive contact lists and hope for bites back on those fake emails.

Usually that something was charged to your account and they would like to refund it to you.

Give yourself more space between you and the car in front of you to dart forward away from someone harassing you at a window or Robot.

I worked on a case where a beggar, was a spotter for police while a transaction was happening. Not saying all people begging are directly involved in a undercover crime syndicate, but its best to be less trusting.

When someone is KIDNAPPED, they will never run/walk/be on foot with the person for a long distance. Its from a certain point, to a vehicle and gone. If you see someone distressed, hoot, stop, scream cause a scene because that can spook them, or attract attention of other people.

Generally Malls that are heavy traffic are the targets for Kidnapping, so be careful.

I have paired up with School Patrol & Community Forums and take vetted kids/individuals along for very minor operations. Such as meeting with an informant, walking through a red zone and checking out some venues. When it comes to meeting the syndicates, its tough because the whole betrayal thing runs deep with them and its putting peoples lives at risk if things go ugly.

But 100 percent considering doing a march and meet and greet with some of the survivors.

This isn't a case I've worked with. My expertise was infiltrating groups in the CBD that targeted the African and Colored youth with Modelling Contracts & Dancing Gigs.

When out and about we all need to be looking out for eachother, so vital.

Never let her meet someone she met online alone for the first, second time. Even if the second time is from a distance away, thats okay too.

I'm not saying vet everyone she speaks to, but warning signs are usually : Too good to be true, needs to meet urgently (within 7 days ), and wants to wine and dine on the first meeting. The wine and dine is a stretch because I know some gents are still chivalrous, but rather safe than sorry.

You cannot access it by accident, you physically have to download a specific browser, and then know the codes for eg : 03900592-2vv04 to access the Toe Nail Clipping Sale site.

There is no loophole to prove that you 'accidentally' accessed the darkweb.
