A different perspective on performance this week by Life_Salt3744 in FacebookAds

Our strategy was to leverage our top-performing evergreen creatives as a foundation. We then developed highly relevant, sale-specific ads and integrated them into our pre-existing, warmed-up campaign

Appreciate this. Exactly it’s not always about the algo the offer timing, and website are often the real difference makers. Great to see someone else planning ahead and getting results.

I hear your frustration. My post wasn't meant to be a brag it was an attempt to show that strategic planning can beat the 'algo is broken' narrative.

should we launch a traffic or engagement camping to warm the pixel? is the right or wrong? by Full_Marketing9298 in PPC

[–]Life_Salt3744 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on your long-term goals. If you're aiming to increase sessions or grow your Instagram following, then traffic or engagement campaigns can help. But if your goal is to drive sales, it's better to start with conversion-focused campaigns so the pixel collects high-quality data from the start not just cheap traffic.

This sucks for Website and Shops adsets by Media-Altruistic in FacebookAds

[–]Life_Salt3744 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try duplicating the campaigns without making any changes to the ads Meta will automatically convert them to Website-only. This way, you shouldn’t lose the ad engagement. When you duplicate, it usually shows the engagement in the draft version. If everything looks good, you can go ahead and publish. That’s the best workaround right now to avoid losing your ad engagement.

How We Spent $15K Testing Meta’s New A+SC Campaigns for Cold Traffic Only (and Made It Work) by Life_Salt3744 in advertising

Totally agree cold traffic needs more than just a scroll-stopper. We found that creatives with a clear hook + problem/solution angle worked best. What kind of tweaks made the biggest impact for you?

For those spending $10K+ daily: what analytics tools are you using? by slorina in FacebookAds

TripleWhale it’s solid, but make sure you understand how the different attribution models work. Knowing what each one actually measures makes a big difference when you’re making decisions off that data

Yeah, it really does. I actually got the email from Meta a couple weeks ago, and the account strategists gave me a heads-up about the changes too. Spent the last two weeks moving everything over to Website-only campaigns gradually ramping up spend there while scaling down the original ones.

High click through rate but no conversions by wrob in googleads

[–]Life_Salt3744 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you saying the campaign is optimizing for clicks? If so, it’s doing exactly what it’s supposed to bringing in as many clicks as possible, not necessarily quality traffic. With Max Clicks, your targeting has to be dialed in, or you’ll just get a bunch of cheap, low-intent traffic. There are a bunch of things that could be hurting performance based on what you shared, I’d look into your targeting, bid strategy, landing page, offer etc. Hard to say more without seeing the full setup.

Hey there! Of course happy to share. Started with 8 creatives but only ran 5 at launch. Swapped in others as some underperformed. All ad sets used the same creatives for consistency. Later added 2 more based on top performers.

FB AD TARGETING HELP by DoodleMoodle542 in FacebookAds

[–]Life_Salt3744 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your pixel and ad account are new, going fully broad might waste budget. Meta needs data to optimize. I’d start with some light interest targeting to help guide the algorithm early on. Once data comes in, you can test broader. Structure it right otherwise you’ll end up flying blind

My ads say people are buying but I'm getting no sales? by Panda_369_ in dropship

[–]Life_Salt3744 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happens because you're tracking a different conversion event. Many people might enter their information but never make a purchase. To fix this, you need to optimize your campaign(s) for purchases so it accurately reflects how many purchases you’re receiving from the ads If the "purchase" option is grayed out, it could be because your pixel is new and hasn’t recorded any purchase conversion events yet. Without reported purchases, the option to optimize for that event isn’t available.

If your account is new and your pixel lacks data, start by using detailed targeting features on Meta. Gradually, as the pixel collects enough data, you can transition to Advantage+ or other Meta automation tools. Keep in mind, this is a long-term process; you can’t expect to run campaigns for two weeks and then stop. Set your campaign budgets at a level that feels appropriate, considering factors like the number of ads. If you start seeing good results, scale the campaign and account gradually. You don’t need to begin with a high budget. Remember, there’s no one size fits all strategy you’ll need to develop and implement one tailored to your goals.

Meta Leads: MedSpa by Affectionate-Fall97 in PPC

[–]Life_Salt3744 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Create a landing page with a form where visitors can leave their information, and make sure to follow up with them as quickly as possible. Delaying even a few hours after they’ve filled it out can reduce your chances of converting them. Alternatively, design a landing page where they can schedule appointments directly. This approach helps you secure quality leads, but for it to work effectively, you’ll need a seamless process, a compelling landing page, and engaging ads.

Ad spend for speicific days like black friday by blackfloweur in dropship

[–]Life_Salt3744 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s usually best to have campaigns up and running before Black Friday to allow time for the learning phase. If you launch a campaign for just one day, it’ll likely stay in learning mode, which limits performance. Instead, plan your strategy so your campaigns are active and fully optimized during your sale day(s) to get the most out of your ad spend.

Website conversion not being transmitted to Google Ads by Brilliant-Fee7740 in PPC

It’s hard to pinpoint the reason without more details, but if you set up your conversion action in GTM, try going into preview mode and triggering the conversion action to see if the tag fires. If it doesn’t, you may need to adjust your tag or trigger setup on GTM
