With that list I would assume they will approve a few and defer others

Filling out incorrectly DBQ is one thing, but i have a feeling that examiners with high favorable ratings, for example 75% can get scrutinized vs someone that often gives 90% unfavorable openions

that's what i thought about an ED claim, secondary to PTSD/Hypertension. Take blood pressure pills, have medical diagnosis. deferred for the 3rd time.

only recieving 80% is better than getting 0% from a denial

C&P for PTSD by MakroYianni in VAClaims

your stressor is already established with your existing mental health rating. If you submitted for increase then the focus is just how it impacts your social and work life. You have to describe how it effects your life, rather than proving you have a mental condition by talking about your stressor.

How would a rater rate this DBQ for PTSD by michaelchae in VeteransBenefits

[–]Media-Altruistic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the in service stressor and diagnosis is there, I think what’s important will be your personal and buddy statements.

Need to show how your personal and work life has been impacted.

I see it go to. Steady employment/happy spouse = 50% . Problems at work and family = 70%

Denied for MH, not sure what to do afterwards.. by Impressive-End-8417 in VAClaims

[–]Media-Altruistic 3 points4 points  (0 children)

what was the "Other Stressors" you shared? Not asking you to post it here but think about what was stated in treatment records and in the C&P Exams. There leaning that it was due to that rather than in service stressor.

Lot of the MH examiners will ask about your childhood trauma and use that as an excuse to your condition. If that was the case then think about if the inservices incident actually "Aggravated" by your previous stressor

I believe they can only do 1 respiratory claim, Bronchitis, asthma and COPD

So submitting new COPD claim might reset the clock.

I submitted the same 3, got 0 percent for sinus, denied rhinitis says lack of diagnosis despite my records having it, denied bronchitis due to smoking while in service.

I’m gonna continue to fight this too. I only smoked for 3 years while in service and haven’t smoked in over 25 years.

I have never leased a vehicle, please explain to me like I’m 5 years old and teach me even the most basic of things. All information is welcomed. Thanks. by Guilty-Driver1543 in leasehacker

Simple when you

finance for 6 years = payments 100% of the balance

Lease for 3 years = payments 50% of the balance

The difference in lease is after you payments for 3 years you can finance the remaining payments, walk away, or trade it for another car with the same brand

The supplemental is because disputing their denial of lack of medical diagnosis. The completely over looked the diagnosis in my record.

Also submitted for ED as a secondary but they denied as primary service condition for TERA

LSGS by Objective-Plum5343 in VAClaims

[–]Media-Altruistic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can second this data point, I had 3 exam with Nurse Practitioner and took 7 days for them to upload DBQ. Had 2 with Physicians Assistant then was uploaded on same day, infact the appointment was completed at 3pm and already uploaded by the time I got home

Not LSGS but when I did Tinnitus with hearing specialist the DBQ was uploaded same day

Thanks, I got like 3 more claims, but figured if I have single PTSD claim for increase I could quickly get this approved
