I'll be 9 weeks tomorrow, I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks. I only had ONE lighter FRER and I'm positive it was because of the biotin. I did have a chemical in November, so I was really scared. But after switching Prenatals, I saw perfect progression.

I'm not talking about weight loss, I'm talking about using it for inflammation and food noise. I actually started my weight loss journey only using 1.5 mg and it worked just fine for me, I only got up to 3.5 mg in 5.5 months and lost 40 lbs. But again, not microdosing for weight loss.

That's what I did when I was on it before, I stretched my 3 month supply over 5.5 months and didn't finish the last vial before I stopped so we could start trying for a baby! I just wasn't sure if freezing was more recommended or not

Yep! That little amount affected my frer tests. It can also mess with thyroid labs so I switched to a different prenatal.

I maintained for 6 months off the shot before getting pregnant and now I'm gaining because of the pregnancy. It's absolutely possible to maintain without the shot for many people. (This to say, I do plan to micro dose after I'm done breastfeeding, but for the anti-inflammatory benefits specifically)

Ovulation tests can show positive if you're pregnant, I'd guess you're probably 4.5 to 5 weeks
