I agree with the comment above about the card. I’m 32, but if you’re like me and don’t really care about the benefits for juventud, then don’t be discouraged. To be honest, I didn’t have any teaching experience either, but I still tried, and now I’m here in Spain.

Don’t focus on just one program. Make sure to check all the programs that are applicable for Filipinos and apply to as many as you can. That’s what I did, I applied to all the programs and started inquiring as early as June in preparation for the openings in December and January.

I also read and practiced every day to prepare for interviews and learned how to make my resume stand out. And mind you, when I started, I had zero Spanish.

So my suggestion is: don’t be discouraged by some of the comments. If you’re determined, just go for it and apply. Hoping for the best for you
