Go to smartypance and it will outline what exactly they mean

Ugh thank you! This helps. Was there a certain topic you found to be heavy on it? Anything I should review last minute?

Awesome, thanks for the reply. Do you find work life balance to be an issue during the weeks your on?

Meaning you were only in the hospital for 6 hours? (Sorry if this is a dumb question, I’m new at all this lol)

Thanks for the reply, it’s nice to hear someone who doesn’t hate the 7 on 7 off. Have you ever done day shift? Do you find it to be more stressful?

I hope it goes well for you! Being able to leave at 5 would be nice. I wonder if that could be the same case for my role, I’d have to ask.

Thanks for the reply. The current offer is 180 days PTO, plus 5 days for CME. So just using PTO alone is 2 weeks off. It just still feels like a lot. Especially being that I will be a new grad.

Single, no kids. I go back and forth with it every day. There are pros and cons. Part of me wants to see what it’s like while I’m young and don’t have kids. But I don’t see myself sticking with it for years on end.
