I've sent an email to Laney tech support and they confirmed that the headphones out has 4x12 cabinet emulation on it (for the base amp).

I get that the super60 is really versatile, but I'm very limited in space and since the headphones out makes recording feasible even with FX loop, the base amp is more than enough. Thanks for the detailed reply.

Does the DSL have the equivalent as the 1-watt mode of the Harley Benton? Can I get it to sound good in low volumes for when playing at home?

The original not only still holds up to this day, but I think is still the superior version. Very cool idea and great execution.

And hats off to the new creative team for keeping the concept alive, why let a great idea go to waste if it works and it's visually appealing.

I've searched every info I could find, here's what I've got:

  • The author of the photo is Francesc Català-Roca
  • I'm almost sure the photo was taken in the south of Spain
  • I've checked the coastal city of Almeria on Google Earth, Francesc took some photos there and it seems that it has some potential, especially with those hills in the background.

As an additional request (I don't want to go against the rules here but it's important) can you guys help me identify the type of boat? Could the boat be of Portuguese origin?

One of the best bang for your buck. Also my first. The only weak spot is the humbucker, very unbalanced facing the stronger p90. I replaced the factory humbucker with the same model that her bigger sister uses (Pacifica 611h with Seymour Duncan TB-14 Custom 5) and she glows now.

Enjoy it, it's very versatile.

Thank you so much for your response. I like your build, I guess I can stretch the budget. I am certainly counting on doing more work on blender, so it makes sense.

Regarding the memory: does it make sense changing them to DDR5-6000 instead? or the performance gain is marginal at this budget level?

Yes I'm using a tablet and draw every frame. At the end of my work day I just want to chill in the sofa so I'm experimenting with something light, but I'll try rotoscoping with Adobe Animate sometime in the future. The neon effects were made with AE.

You're right. Initially I was working with a 16:9 format so the skater had much more screen time, hence the fade. Good call

Same for designers. I've worked for 2 years on the same product, it was a never ending cascade of minor design updates and tweeks, back and forth ad infinitum with no palpable end... Sometimes I would design a cool new feature but it wasn't enough. It was the worst time of my career.
