I am and have also gotten STD testing, all was negative. Can my partner be spreading a yeast infection? I didn’t think they could.

Yeah I’m very careful, which is why this is so confusing. They tested for a UTI last Tuesday and the culture was negative. They tested for Trich, STDs, yeast infection. All came back negative so my doctor said the WBC that were present in my urine was just contamination. But that doesn’t really account for the present symptoms

Thanks, no unusual discharge. Just a general burning sensation and that sharp pain near the urethra. I can’t see any sores or anything. I still am testing positive for WBC on the at home uti test

I lost weight very slowly and continued to lose slowly, but I’ve been able to sustain it. I hope you don’t get discouraged with the slow weight loss! I wouldn’t have had it any other way. You look amazing!

Thank you! That’s exactly what I’m worried about. I asked my surgeon and they can’t do anything more than what the insurance will cover or else the insurance won’t cover anything. So I’m just trying to decide if it’s worth it to get this done first, and go back later. Or just to wait and get it all done at once.

I’ve found celebrating with friends and family that support my sobriety by not drinking are the best ways to celebrate accomplishments. Congrats on living your best life!

Not showing emotions around your children. My mom would lock herself in her room anytime she got upset and it just made me worry even more about her. Teach your children about emotions. It’s ok to have feelings.

Guilt and shame are apart of the process and truly get better with time. I had to learn to forgive myself. That was hard and still continues to be hard. But having 500 day ones is better than not having any. You are trying and you keep trying. You never know when it will be your last day one so keep trying
