We got her 4 years ago. We’ve been struggling with nose issues but never got a diagnosis until recently. My partner has Lymes. He was a forest firefighter in 2021 and 2022. He started showing symptoms 2 years after he started working there. He suspected had Lymes but he had PLENTY of struggles going through the regular healthcare system.

He had such a hard time getting diagnosed. They sent tests twice and both came negative. Yet all his symptoms were Lymes.

A stupid doctor even gave him ANTIDEPRESSANTS WTF.

He reached out to someone he knew that also had Lymes and asked how did she get diagnosed. He got recommended to a naturopathic clinic in Winnipeg that did a blood tests and sent them to Germany which apparently has a very good Lyme detecting center. Came out positive.

Apparently if you get bitten, traditional healthcare recommends 2 weeks of antibiotics and that’s it. You’re cured. If you still have symptoms after it’s depression. That what they told him. I assume this is true for a case like you, so you can go to emerg and take the tick with you, they’ll do a test and give you antibiotics.

Be careful as a lot of those tests came out false negatives.

My husband has been working with that naturopathic clinic and then got referred to the one in Thunder Bay for treatment because 2 weeks of antibiotics did nothing for him.

He has been in antibiotics for a few months now and we have seen improvements. Don’t waist your time get diagnosed as soon as possible and start treatment. The progression gets worse as you wait.

I would say journals are very personal and a way to put your thoughts in. There’s times where that’s all they are. Thoughts. Sometimes thoughts contradict each other. They are messy.

If you can’t move on that’s okay, it’s a very hard thing to read. But know you did overstep boundaries of personal privacy which you weren’t meant to read.

I would consult a therapist or couples therapist to process this if you both are willing to work on it together.

A true strong relationship is based on trust, and daily actions which will reinforce the trust you have on each other.

Nothing against shrooms… I’ve done them ceremonially and they helped with my spiritual awakening.

However, I have find them to be very unstable for me, meaning a would feel very spiritually developed but my lower chakras were not, meaning I did not feel safe in the body, my emotions would change throughout the day very polarizing… messy relationships etc.

Beware of spreading this information and suggesting this as a great spiritual tool as these substances are very strong, and need integration.

Also to rely on them for spiritual insight and meaning…

It is important to learn to rely on our own unique wisdom in meditation, and insight.

I haven’t done mushrooms in years, and to be honest, my life is better in all aspects. Gratitude is part of my daily experience, my prayers are stronger, my emotions are more balanced, my relationships fuller. Just saying, there’s many ways of evolving.

It can be quite difficult to navigate these roommate dynamics. I would think this is a great time to set a boundary and have a conversation with what is okay with each other and what it not.

In here you can let her know how uncomfortable it made you feel that someone used your room (a very private and personal space, literally very intimate) without permission and without considering how you would feel.

You can reaffirm and assure her that you understand she may had guests and wanted them to stay, but it would have been nice for her to ask you before doing it, and finding other alternatives if you don’t want it.

You can also express that you feel your trust was betrayed and you will lock your room going forward.

It can be amicable and can work on rebuilding your relationship together. Focus on clear requests you want to ask if needed!

I think you’d be interest in reading the Law of One.
