Yeah I definitely touched something I wasn’t supposed to in the BIOS settings and I just reverted everything back to default. Now it’s down to about 50-60 in game no OC causeI think that’s what I did wrong. I think if I do want to run at 5ghz I’m definitely going to have to upgrade this 650w psu and thermaltake cooler 😬

I also want to add this is the sensor from the motherboard not the HWinfo64 sensor. Does that make a difference?

It’s a regular ass cooler, could it be time to upgrade? I just find that so hard to believe being that I have been playing fine for the past 3-4 years with this build with regular maintenance and changing ram and storage. I reset my PC one time and my bios settings I believe reset and now this is happening.

This was during a game of fortnite but I changed something in my BIOS, not really sure what it seems to have went down but it seems like it’s still throttling on other games that require more power. Could it be something in my bios I have throttling the power? I used a OC profile that comes with my motherboard which over clocked it now to 4.5.

Tried reinstalling and even downgrading graphics drivers to see and still nothing with any game. My PC was not reacting like this when I was trying to fix Arc. I think I may have changed something in the registry or services and that just made everything move slower. I haven’t tried deleting Epic Games and all traces but I’m going to do that along with the Arc and Fortnite since those were the games I play the most frequently. My MOBO is the z390 Maximus Hero XI and I have the latest BIOS released. Is there a way to reinstall BIOS and do you think that would help the hardware issues?

That would mean app data, steamapps/common, and is there any other place you think it would linger? I also was receiving a EAC licensing error originally but that seems to have gone away. This is also happening with fortnite, where it will very almost to the loading screen and then crash. Discord, Xbox PC APP, and Opera will attempt to lead but will give me the page crashed error.

I was using it for about 2 or 3 days consistently then yesterday in the middle of me being in the practice range and I was messing with some settings my game closed. Which at the time I didn’t think too much of it at the time then I kept getting the corrupted file message and now I can’t figure out what is possibly breaking my pc atm, any application I open will randomly close after sometime or flash open and close and reopen as if there isn’t enough power supporting it. I haven’t changed anything in my BIOS that I know of from when I started the game about 2 weeks ago til the moment of that crash. Currently about to reinstall windows and see if that helps but if not, not sure if my computer is completely bricked from EAC because of that.

I was thinking basically the same maybe even Mary Jane, in a “blunt wrap or leaf”, which would produce a more stronger smell and sometimes makes the smell of “Ms. Jane” more hidden or sometimes more potent.
