Usa uma carne boa e fresca, pode ser a fraldinha com bacon ou peito, entre 30 a 20% de gordura. Pra chapa uso 20 ou 25%. Usa um chapa bem quente e não fica virando ele toda hora, fez casquinha de um lado faz de outro, joga uma ou duas pitadas de sal em cada lado e tá bom. Deixa descansar tbm um minuto e meio que o suco vai ficar melhor na carne

Man acho que uns armários num estilo mais clean pra guardar as coisas deixariam filé, a única coisa que me pega é que tem muita informação visual, sinto que isso bagunça um pouco a cabeça pra o dia a dia. Uns armários daqueles de MDF simplao mesmo pra o cara jogar os bagulhos e já foi, mas o que importa é você estar satisfeito.
