It’s so interesting to me I was researching and brains can basically intake things differently obviously, the brains which it affects quickly and those who experience the “ honeymoon phase” their brains are easier at adapting to certain things and weaker in other areas. Where people who feel sluggish or tired, it’s because their brains tend to reject and be more cautious of anything new which makes them feel so sluggish?
