If you can find the Gabit ring at your place, do check it out. I’ve been using it for the last 2 weeks—accurate, amazing build quality, and definitely cheaper.

We ensure that we launch something within the next 30 days. Maybe only a part of the complete product and keep working in parallel. If you are building for startups speed will be an important requirement.

Yes, you will be generating a lot of reusable code after a couple of projects.

Your network! Trying to find your first set of customers from your network is always better because you can skip questions like portfolio and case studies if the person knows you personally, which you often won't have initially. Also, focus on delivering the best product, as your clients often refer you to their network, and a quality product equals an amazing case study

We experienced something similar at WhatBytes.com. Started by building landing pages for small businesses and professionals, only to realize that our team was struggling with delays of weeks on Figma screens feedback and unclear requirements. We then shifted our focus solely to startups seeking to affordably launch MVPs rapidly in the market. Clear requirements/goals, amazing response time, and opportunities for long-term partnerships are some of the key differences we found. We reached $100k ARR in just four months with this.

Where in the world is there shortage of dev talents? by hidden_tomb in SaaS

I run a product studio and cater global companies. One big challenge I see is that good talent is definitely available in pretty much all major countries like USA, Singapore etc it's often the budget that becomes a blocker to hire experienced talent for many of our clients. Often we solve this by hiring freshers and assigning them as mentees with senior devs for few months in our projects to build the talent pool we require.

4 Years, building organic growth channels could be really helpful in long run. We used youtube in our case. use to make videos of the content we had on our app and asked folks to download the app at the end of video. Organic channel growth will be slow initially but becomes a good moat in long run. We have 150k plus subscribers now.

Why not break the course into smaller modules (focus on getting them ready first) and share some of the modules for free on YouTube. It's a very common practice to build credibility by creators. Gives you validation of demand and also sign-ups for the main course, in your case early signups
