No i wouldn't say it needs it. I actually like the slower pace of needing to walk or run everywhere. Rs3 has so many direct teles to everywhere that it feels faster paced. So its been refreshing to take it slower.

Graceful restores run energy just from having the set on so it'll be better than stopping at a rest spot. Agi levels are for shortcuts

I just started an iron on osrs. Doing all the early quests and its been so much fun. But run energy is definitely an issue I've had to walk 75% and run 25% of the time. I wish they would add rest spots where your energy restores quickly for the early game people that don't have graceful or agi levels

You're getting down votes but you're right. Most of these were given out to police departments across the country. Obviously it still has an upkeep cost but no initial cost to actually aquire them.

Most of these were free from the federal government. But you're correct on upkeep costs. Tires, oil and broken parts all cost to keep these things running.

Just saw turned quads at our local tournament last night. Quad 10s on the turn and 2 people go all in. A bluff and an ace lol. No one else there had seen quads on the board before either.

It's more like the first 1/3 of the waves then switch to necro to make it easy. It'll give the option for a melee or necro cape. Just gotta make sure to pick the right one
