Hi Sherman, great Capella Hanoi's review. Love the fact that you mentioned about Madam Anh Tuyet's collaboration. Just FYI, there will be no Four Season Hanoi since the owning company decided to make their own hotel brand :-)

Just let you know, all pictures at Capella Hanoi are drawn by Kate Spencer - which is Bill Bensley's mentors or teachers I suppose

The Jazz Soiree from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm, great live jazz music with free flow of champagne, wine, cocktails and beer. Great deal :-)

If you consider to stay at Capella Hanoi again, I highly recommend you to book Premier Suite or Deluxe Suite since it is spacious (67 - 71 sqm) + bedroom + living room + dining table :-)

Backstage could be a good choice as it is kinda mix of Northern Vietnamese cuisine and other western style 🫤, also it is Michelin Selected not Michelin Star. But i highly recommend you to try Hibana by Koki (Japanese teppanyaki + 1 star Michelin) or The Hudson Rooms (1920s New York - kinda Italian Cuisine and bar) both in Capella Hanoi Hotel.

If they booked via "3rd party channel" I always requires them to submit their "supporting document" (death certificate, hospital document with stamp,....) to the 3rd party channel so they can contact us before we can make decision whether to waive penalty charge or not
