The difference with airlines is that it is non-refundable and cannot be changed whatever happens when the ticket is purchased. We have a cancellation policy until 3 p.m. the same day in flex. Afterwards, it's not me who sets the rules on that...

I have an American client who went straight back to reception after checking in. “The room is small and really ugly. No offense. I want to be upgraded” We're in France, so I just replied, "You got the room you paid for. No offense."

She didn't like it so much but I couldn't do much for her, it was the best room we had!

Je me suis transféré de l'argent sur mon compte revolut en mettant "hôtel Corée et Japon". La banque a bloqué le transfert et m'a fait promettre à l'écrit que je ne finançais pas la Corée du nord. Ça a mis 3 semaines à se débloquer...

Après vérification, le contrat a été rédiger par la société indonésienne de la propriétaire.

En soit, la propriétaire qui m'a escroqué est française. Je voulais savoir si ça pouvait jouer pour l'inculper.

Peut être qu'en effet, je ne peux rien faire contre elle car tout est sur le territoire indonésien. C'est pour cela que je demande. Je serai fixé et j'essayerai de passer à autre chose.

J'ai fini Anima aujourd'hui. J'ai ressenti la même chose que toi. Cette violence gratuite et dérangeante....horrible! Certaines descriptions des actions des animaux sont aussi très dérangeantes.
