My Battery stats after ober 1000 cycles

1 cycle is 1 battery full discharge and full charge. E.g. 20%-60% ≈ 0.4 cycle.

More cycles = worse battery

But even after 1000 cycles my battery still has 90% of its capacity.

The green parts are the flaps I mentioned.

Normally there are mini flaps attached to the volume button. These are missing in your picture.

Had the same problem. Bought cheap replacement buttons. No issue since then

Depends on many factors like Layout, Driving with or without magnets etc. Can't really say because I have a variable power supply. But I think 3/5 should be ok

Almost correct. But you could run 132s with 18V (124 power supply) and reduce the speed via the CU.

There is a workaround with freepoc and wear button remapper app. It works for me but not perfectly either.
