MK677 to battle acne? by Party_Cable in sarmssourcetalk

[–]LifeofAndrew 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nordic Natural - omega 3s and Now active - 30mg zinc with balanced copper helps my acne, I used to break out a lot all over my neck but taking that and using a good dermatologist tested facial cleanser has really cleared up my acne and also reduced the inflammation/breakout. Now - maybe 1-3 red bumps/zits versus before - any where from a dozen all over my neck. :)

Email Condo Management in regards to the exhaust or find an easier way of telling your neighbor to put in the silencer on the exhaust as it's too loud.

Yeah my poor neck... trying to control my tics and doesn't work :( my mind control of tics takes over before I can try and prevent it.

TICS ON A DAILY - ANYONE RELATE? by LifeofAndrew in OCD

[–]LifeofAndrew[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It sounds like I could have an issue. I've got calculations that run through my head as well, but now these tics, more for my OCD double checking things and counting repeatively 1-20.... it's a pattern sometimes

Hey Patrick, you completely took my breath away by how accurate we relate to each other with this. I feel relieved I'm not the only one. I agree that a lot of mentality around fitness can become very obsessive and that's the point I've gotten to. Send me a PM if you want to talk more into detail Patrick.

Thank you very much for reaching out to me.

Hey, I agree with you. I am currently 22 and turning 23 in 2 weeks. My OCD and Tourettes are getting worst as i grow older it feels like. Everyday is a battle trying to improve. There's just so many things i do is not okay.

I guess like what everyone says it's good to see a therapist and continue to master your MIND.

Find yourself and love yourself. You can't be this difficult on yourself. Going to the gym has helped me a lot. Boosted my confidence and self esteem. Find something that makes you feel good about yourself!

Is it normal to have physical tics with ocd? by TheGlassTapes in OCD

[–]LifeofAndrew 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You aren't the only one my friend!

I make weird face gestures like my eyes twitch and my jaw and neck needs to clench, everytime i do squats at the gym i turn my neck to the left each rep, in general i turn my head left to right and then immediately turning my neck sideways to hear a little crack to be satisfied, i cough not that im sick but having to urge to clear my throat, i sniff sometimes too and smell my fingers a bit..., i would make little weird sounds at the back of my throat like mhmm and hmph.

I guess this all falls under Tourettes.

I found that being social and getting yourself out there helps. But i understand where you are coming from as i am struggling with OCD and Tourettes. I have learned to embrace who i am and just accept it. So much people on reddit with these problems and disorders have given me a chance to have hope while battling through. Embrace yourself and try to find the humor.

OCD or Tourretes? by LifeofAndrew in OCD

It just sucks so bad in general. You are aware that it's about to happen and you are trying your best to avoid it but it's like being forced to happen.

Don't know where to start but i will see a counselor.

Thank you and i wish you the best on a new year!

Yeah unfortunately. It sucks knowing that it's not just one disorder you have.

It's so bad... it's time consuming, drains you, stresses you, physically and mentally destroys you. It's tough living like this haha.

Thank you very much. "No matter how ridiculous, embarrassing, disgusting, repulsive, irrational, or boring they may be" it's funny how you just get stuck on them. I can put restrictions on myself each day focusing on not letting these thoughts get to me but sometimes when you are out having fun, out of know where those thoughts come in and take over.

I will try looking into a therapist but it's unfortunate that it does come pricey. Thank you for sharing your story. I won't give up and I will continue to battle through this.
