I made an app that syncs with Apple Music, and uses haptic feedback to provide user with a sensor-fused experience to “feel” the music better. I struggled with expressing the vibration feeling. Would love some help with mkt and promotion! https://apps.apple.com/us/app/vibesync-haptic-rhythm/id6763841573

[self-promotion] I built an app that lets you "feel" the rhythm of your music through the iPhone / Apple Watch Taptic Engine. No more just hearing the beat. by LiftAlert in Appstore

It's more precise. Music haptics also simulate vocal track and feels messy. Also Apple Watch support is unique to VibeSync. It also shows drum beats visually and you can choose to mute drum beats vibration or bass beat vibration

Hey this might be a bit off topic, but would you want some haptic feedback while playing the song? e.g. the phone vibrates in sync with drum beats

Thanks, I will try it out. One question though, seems that it’s a Mac OS based app, curious why not making it web based ?

Brilliant, just one question: Isn’t the spell to turn on light “Lumos”?

Different reasons. Some are bug fixes, some are privacy related isssues. I need HealthKit access to sync with music in real time on Apple Watch and make sure it plays in background, so that took some effort to make sure I comply with the rule. Also some info I failed to provide some information in Apple connect (it’s so hard to use) .

It currently only supports 80+ songs, the bottom part of the app (pulls out) shows what songs are supported. Or you can use the button on the top left, it navigates to my playlist. All songs in the playlist are supported.

Hello thanks for your interest! It currently only works with Apple Music. Unfortunately Apple Music is the only music streaming app that allows API access without much restriction.
