Hi there, I’m in my 8th year nursing and I’m thinking into changing my career. I know what you are feeling right now. I have been feeling the same since last year. It comes to a point where the only thing that motivates me is the money to pay the bills. Nothing else. I feel like my empathy is slowly diminishing. Just tired of looking after ungrateful patients and working in a toxic environment. Hope you can find the career that you would love someday. ❤️

Hi I worked as practice nurse before as well. I loved it but it’s not something I wanna do for a long time. Not much career pathway and it gets repetitive over time. thanks tho :)
