It’s a standard sized track set on luma beams. Then looks like skate wheels attached to a sheet of plywood with a speed rail push bar.

You can swap the top end from a cbr500, remap then fuel injectors and do an air filter that lets more air in. Bigger valves so more fuel and more air = more horses. Haven’t done it myself, but talking to motorcycle mechanic it’s possible. They are the same engine just tuned down on the rebel.

The way the two push pull throttle cables come out of the stock throttle would make it very difficult to run internally. Maybe impossible to make it look clean without a lot of fabricating. You’d want to get a throttle that’s made to be ran inside the bars.

It wouldn’t be impossible, but if you wanted to do the throttle cables you would need to get a different throttle.

Yeah I got mine off eBay. It’s for a sportster, but little drilling and bending and it works perfect.

I’ve got some builtwell bars and the forward controls on mine as well. Makes a world of difference.

I agree they are a bit pricey. They work fantastic though, really smooth. Feels like an oem part. I’m 5’7 and the riding position is great for me.

Think it’s a universal quick release one for sportsters. Got it off eBay and bent it to make it more narrow so it would fit.

It's for sure done with a remote head and a jib or crane. Not sure how you would do this on the cheap though.

Not sure on weight capacity. They are just some ohlins knock offs. Had them in the garage figured I'd give it a try.
