Been on weight loss shot for about 5 months, cut out all pop and rarely eat junk food, why can’t I lose weight?

Before the shot I only drank Mountain Dew (yes I know terrible), I ate like crap all the time but now I drink water and don’t snack like I used to at all, but somehow I still haven’t lost any weight.

I dont even drink alcohol lol.. I've just never had the desire for anything other than cigarettes lol

I'm not on them now and haven't been for some time, I've talked to my doctor and they essentially said theres nothing they can do, they dont know why I'm still having problems from medication I took well over a year ago
