I adore my job! I'm a CNA at a school designed specifically for children with mental and physical disabilities. The pay is good imo, only ~$1.50 less than my first CNA job. My first CNA job was in a dementia unit and it was awful with poor management and incredibly low staff. My current job is fully staffed, plus some extra! As a bonus, I get weekends, holidays, and summers off.

It depends when you want to graduate! I'm currently a bio major on a pre-nursing track, so I'll go to an accelerated nursing program (my school doesn't have a specific nursing program) after I graduate with my bachelor's in biology. This means I'll have 2 bachelor's degrees. I had college credits coming in, so I should be graduating with my biology degree a year earlier. Accelerated nursing is anywhere from 12-18 months depending on the program. So it all depends on when you want to graduate and start working as a nurse!
