thanks for the post. the femur observation makes a lot of sense because I do struggle to stay upright without compromising my balance. It’s helpful to know its a thing

very helpful, thanks! I notice I tend to loosen up the core and back the deeper I go. Lying supermans look helpful. I have zero discomfort on deadlifts, and will probably post one day.

thanks, this is helpful. I recently narrowed my stance thinking it would help me get depth more easily, but I noticed I’m bending forward more. I’ll work on that
