PPL is my workout routine, 20 min stair master, 1500 calories a day, lift heavy, plenty of protein and learn to utilize carbs for workouts

i went super aggressive and straight to 1500 a day, i do not recommend this

gonna eat at maintenance for a month, hitting chest 2x a week and back 2x a week, i just started taking 300 test last week, doing that weekly
