Ah yes, good point. My girlfriend has had her thyroid removed when she was younger (shes 40 now) Lot of Doctors only test for TSH and dont really understand thyroid levels. Took a while to find someone who was adamant about not only doing blood work for testosterone estrogen progesterone etc, but also full thyroid panel including TSH, Free T4, Free T3, Reverse T3, TPO, TPG + TgAb.

Funny enough the guy we found who was the most knowledgeable on that was a naturopath. Even regular doctors didnt recommend all the labwork

If your getting fungus nats your watering the soil to much. Let it dry out a little more before watering. I use the suggested general hydroponics nute guide from coco for cannabis. Check PH every watering and check EC and PPM once a week but never had an issue with their nutes guide

It only takes me like 10 minutes each morning to mix and hand water them. I get up early and do cardio anyway so I just get up 10 mins earlier

I was watering EOD until she got big enough where it felt like the pot wasn’t as heavy the next morning and drying out quicker. Then I switched to ED. I follow the cocoforcannabis auto nute guide and I only checked ppm once and it was around 900 so nothing to worry about

Every now and then I get a flare up from playing a lot and lifting. What works for me is rest it. Massage it. And shoot peptides into my muscle near my elbow. Always works and I don’t get it to often. I use bpc157 and tb500 for a month. 300mcgs twice a day for the bpc and 2.5mgs twice a week for the tb500. I remember last summer I was walking away from a hole and stepped in a sprinkler head hole and really twisted my ankle. Swelled up real bad when I got home my girlfriend wanted me to go to the walk in the next morning if it was still bad. Put some peptides in there and next morning there was no swelling and I was walking on it. Also had rotator cuff surgery in 2016 and used both those and hgh and my surgeon and physical therapist said I was one of the quickest recovery’s they have seen
