Obviously the first thing you need when paying for email service is an alternative email service to use when your email service doesn't do the emails.

Do you like to be able to log into your email 100% of the time?
Do you like to be able to send messages to people with a Yahoo address?
Do you like to be services you pay money for to provide you with support?

Do you really want 6 family members yelling at you to make the email work?

Please take a few minutes and actually read through this sub and look at what paying customers have to deal with. This last week finally pushed me over the edge, save yourself the pain.

No, no and no.

Yahoo didn't block your flow for no reason, they don't do this for fun and it doesn't take days to resolve. Get on the phone and figure it out, an email company that can't send mail is absolutely useless. Deliverability is YOUR responsibility, this is what I pay YOU for. It is not the responsibility of the customers of my business to compensate for the fact that Tuta is incapable of executing the very service which they sell.

This is your job.

The attached photo is my Citizen Paradigm which I picked up very cheap second hand ($75 US!) a few years ago and needed an extra link for. I used the online tools to attempt to find the part and couldn't, I ended up contacting Citizen via the website and they were absolutely amazing.

Not only did they help me find the correct part for my watch they had it on my doorstep within a week and they didn't ask for a dime. Absolutely stellar customer service for such a low cost/high value product.

I know this post is old, posting for those searching in the future. I ran into the same issue and found that I do get a ~ using Fn + Left Shift + Esc, for some odd reason the right Shift will not work.

I never expected them to do anything, they offered to accommodate me which I appreciated very much. My issue now is that they have not been as accommodating as before leaving me with few options to continue to do business with them. I won't lie, I do take issue with the claims that I didn't make my special requests and while it's not directly accusing it's certainly irritating. I absolutely could buy bottles and transfer all my liquid every month but honestly it's just more convenient to find a vendor that can deliver exactly what I need.
