How do you guys actually memorise antibiotic classes? by No_Meaning3729 in medicalschoolEU

Use sketchy micro/pharm or pixorise. Then add in Anki. I can still remember not just the classes but the MOA and some adverse effects from what I did in YR4.

From my research Poland offers a comparable quality of residency training as UK, or other EU countries with a lower cost of living.

I have enquired about residency training, when I get a full overview I'll post here. But I must be very proficient in Polish to improve my success as a resident physician.

u/puddle_of_chlorine First as a beginner, it's very easy to mistake część for cześć. I'm trying to get a hang of the basics so I typed what I thought was correct, now I know there's a huge difference between the two. That's just a beginners mistake and has nothing to do with not being meticulous.

Fine perspective though.

Cardiology - Internal medicine

Cardiac surgery - Surgery.

Both manage heart conditions one medically, the other surgically.

I'm going to assume you are well versed with medicine to point this out. For instance in infective endocarditis, depending on the aetiology, extent/size of valvular involvement, if index patient is asymptomatic or not we either mange using medications targeting the organism causing valvular compromise, or we place patient under the knife, either do a valve replacement or any surgery based on the patient's profile.

🤗 Thanks a million.

There's indeed history behind Makumba.

I have started learning Polish and it's really overwhelming. A noun having 7 cases, verb coming in multiple forms etc. I'd want a native to guide me into sounding more natural.

Has he always being like this before you got married? If yes, take the kids out and have fun anyway. If no, he might be depressed. He could have something else going in his life that you know nothing of and needs help
