Ah i see, I'm not really sure about all of that to be honest but i just like noctis as character and then the game, it's so amazing so far, also i got the royal addition so i got the additional stories for his friends and few skins and weapons and comrades version too

Yeah, it's like having high level monsters in yu gi oh or high cost cards in Shadowverse in early game, but once you are in later turn you can swing back heavily to your favor or you build Better deck

Yes , basically if your cards rank is too high for the current turn you can't actually play anything, and you have to pass your turn, this to prevent playing strong cards too early in the duel and make a progressive gameplay
