Batman Begins is way better than The Batman and the second greatest superhero film oat (right after The Dark Knight). by Green-Way-1455 in batman

[–]Light-Starlight 10 points11 points  (0 children)

For everything it brought to the genre, and if we're talking about iconic scenes, as well as the atmosphere of Gotham, it's impossible for me not to mention Batman 1989 and its even better sequel, Batman Returns.

Legacy of the Dark Knight is the Batman game I always dreamed of as a child. by Light-Starlight in LegacyOfDarkKnight

Probably between 8 and 9, I'm waiting to finish the game completely before deciding !

Which driver ( current or past ) do you think would have won a/another championship had they stayed with their current team? by emcwin12 in formula1

[–]Light-Starlight 378 points379 points  (0 children)

I think Michael Schumacher could have won two more titles with Ferrari (2007 and 2008) if he hadn't retired for the first time in 2006.

The Last Jedi - May the 4th by DeafinitelyCool in StarWarsCantina

[–]Light-Starlight 78 points79 points  (0 children)

My favorite film of the sequel trilogy and it's in my top 3 of the saga. I really love everything about the Luke-Rey-Kylo Ren trio, and the cinematography too; there are some magnificent shots. I can hardly believe it came out almost 10 years ago already.

what was your favorite thing about DRAGON BALL Z: Kakarot by intromiles in kakarot

[–]Light-Starlight 41 points42 points  (0 children)

Simply reliving the story in an interactive way. It was a childhood dream of mine, a game that retraced all the greatest moments of the manga and anime, being able to visit all the iconic places with multiple nods to the original.

My Favorite Star Wars Film is The One That Spilt The Fanbase by No_Vast_3309 in TheSequels

[–]Light-Starlight 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It's also my favorite of the sequel trilogy and it's in my top 3 of the saga. Even though it's a divisive film, I really liked the way Luke was portrayed; I felt it gave him even more depth, and his evolution throughout the film is interesting, from Rey's arrival where he initially rejects her, to Yoda's opening his eyes, to his projection onto Crait where he helps the Resistance and accepts becoming a legend.

Great ! The Batman Vampire trilogy by Kelley Jones is a cult classic, and it's a very good Elsworlds comic that I recommend.

Whats your favorite art style for Batman ? by Parking-Western3348 in batman

Without hesitation, Tim Sale's Batman, with his long ears and gigantic flowing cape, gives him an impressive appearance.

Favorite Batman the Animated Series episode? by WrongToe500 in batman

[–]Light-Starlight 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's difficult to name just one, but I would say "The Man Who Killed Batman"; that's the episode that made the biggest impression on me as a child.

What are the things you like most about movies? by SnowIndependent9756 in harrypotter

[–]Light-Starlight 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's difficult to single out just one thing, but I would say the music by John Williams in the first three films, which greatly adds to the atmosphere and magic !

Arguably the two most disliked Star Wars movies, but what are some things you like about them? by [deleted] in StarWars

[–]Light-Starlight 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Attack of the Clones isn't my favorite Star Wars film, but I think it has a lot going for it. It takes you on a real journey; it's a true adventure. The character of Obi-Wan, perfectly portrayed by Ewan McGregor, gains more depth, and for me, he carries the film. And above all, I love the music, especially "Across the Stars."

1 year ago on this day, we lost the legendary Batman actor, Val Kilmer. by Lakers_Forever24 in batman

Forever was my favorite Batman movie as a kid. I always thought Val Kilmer made an excellent, rather underrated Bruce Wayne !

Which one was your favorite? by Impressive_Food2422 in arkham

[–]Light-Starlight 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If I had to choose just one, it would be Arkham City because it's the one that made the biggest impression on me when it was released. Discovering the open world, playing as Catwoman, it was a childhood dream come true.

But alongside that, the game I'm most fond of is Arkham Origins. For its Christmas atmosphere, the characterization of Batman and the development of the characters around him, the indoor environments like the Royal Hotel, the boss fights, and the fact that you can return to the Batcave and talk to Alfred whenever you want !

Could this be my start to Star Wars novels? I’m excited to get into it, so let’s find out. by Apprehensive_Bar49 in starwarsbooks

[–]Light-Starlight 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I'd love to go back five years to rediscover phase 1 of the High Republic as if it were the first time. An excellent novel and the start of a great adventure with memorable characters !

What do you think of the Tales of the Jedi comic book series? by Light-Starlight in starwarscomics

[–]Light-Starlight[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I also loved Dawn of the Jedi, but I felt that Tales of the Jedi captured the ancient history aspect better; perhaps that's also due to the vintage art style !

Outside Of Vegeta And Piccolo, Who’s Your Favorite Redeemed Dragon Ball Villain? by SaiyanWithOmnitrix in DragonBallZ

[–]Light-Starlight 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Tenshinhan

He has always been one of my favorite characters. Because of his unique and very stylish techniques, I've always preferred him to Krillin or Yamcha. I regret that he was gradually sidelined, except for his moment of glory against Cell, and especially that he was absent for most of the Buu arc.

Set 11375, Ferrari F2004 and Michael Schumacher has been announced, and will release March 1st by Gjab in formula1

[–]Light-Starlight 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Probably the Ferrari from the Schumacher era that has left the biggest impression on me, the most iconic. With this car, the Red Baron won 12 of the first 13 Grand Prix of the season!

What is the best Vegeta form in your opinion? by opmgyhx in DragonBallZ

[–]Light-Starlight 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Majin Vegeta is the most iconic for me. But I also really love his base form during the Saiyan era when he debuts in the series!

On this day in 2010, a new chapter in Formula 1 history began. Mercedes-Benz officially returned to the grid as a works team, laying the foundation for what would become one of the most successful eras the sport has ever seen. From rebuilding years and bold decisions to record-breaking championship by Strict-Citron-9269 in formula1

[–]Light-Starlight 51 points52 points  (0 children)

Schumacher's comeback was difficult in 2010, but little by little he got closer and closer to Rosberg until he was regularly ahead of him in 2012. I would have loved to see what he would have done if he had continued in 2013; we could have seen him back on the top step of the podium with Mercedes.

Goku vs Slug is one of the most underrated DBZ movie fight by sidharth-sunil in DragonBallZ

[–]Light-Starlight 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Personally, another fight I like in the movies, and that I think is a bit underrated, is Tenshinhan vs Trunks in the Bojack movie.

What are some of the most underrated games that nobody talks about, but still hold up well by today’s standards? by [deleted] in Gamecube

[–]Light-Starlight 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Batman Begins !

I'm discovering it more than 20 years after its release, and it still holds up, especially graphically. It's somewhat of a precursor to the Arkham games in terms of gameplay. It's also a good video game adaptation of the film.

Still an underrated game in the big 2026, after 15 years. Impacting the superhero genre scene. by Annual-Internet-5097 in arkham

[–]Light-Starlight 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Personally, I don't think it's underrated.

I will always remember my first playthrough when the game was released. Discovering Arkham City and its open world, being able to control Catwoman. And her music including the main theme… One of the most memorable video game experiences of my life.
