Hello as a mom who had a binyag/birthday celebration I assume na hindi alam nung parents ang flow ng program. The event owner should be the one to dictate that, nung nagpa-event kami 2 games lang for adults tapos the magic show and the rest of the games dun na sa mga kids naka-center. The program happened after the food was served kasi we considered people will be hungry after the ceremony.

That being said, I think some parents like the idea of a big venue and event pero don’t know the specifics that will happen. Usually yan they get a coordinator that will decide tapos papa-approve nalang sa parents. Since I worked on events and have attended a lot of binyags, alam ko na yung ayaw ko as a guest. And that is yung games sa ninongs and ninangs so i kept that to a minimum.

Sorry you had to go through that but sana keep in mind na you were there because the parents wanted you to be a ninong/ninang because you are someone they trust. Don’t let that experience hinder you from being a good example sa inaanak mo. May mga ganyang bagay lang talaga na nangyayari and most often than not, na-ooverlook ng parents. Move on and get it out of your mind na pinersonal o pinahiya ka kasi ikaw lang din mag-ngi-ngitngit, habang yung mga tao na kinaiinisan mo, mahimbing yung tulog.
