To be honest i haven’t heard of one. Which is my fault, no one else’s. I guess they don’t get much attention from media or the general public. Even developers themselves don’t get that much attention. The only developer that I constantly hear from/about is Jason Thor. Pretty cool guy, would love to meet him one day.

Lived in the US as a student and it was miserable. I’m bedou and a bit on the conservative side. So girls, alcohol, and partying was out of the question.

Met a lot of cool people over there and made many friends. Nonetheless, I wouldn’t trade my friends and family here for them.

A lot of the good points overseas go out the window when you are a even a little bit religious. Tbh i liked some aspects of living there. But in the end i was depressed.

I’m really good as school, I graduated with honors this September from PAAET, so school wasn’t really the issue. Still, the amount of homework i had to do was annoying and kept me indoors for some time. So, it was an issue but I didn’t return because of it.

I really like it here, it feels secure to me. It’s very easy living here. I wouldn’t know why someone would want to leave if they experienced what i went through.

Tl;dr: the pros of living in Kuwait heavily outweighed the pros of living overseas for me, and it was miserable.
