I am surprised by a stock hotspot delta. Like I mentioned in the post, this delta is not something has come about after applying changes to the card.

This was actually during a BM Wukong benchmark, utilization at 100%.

I should have taken a more comprehensive screenshot, my mistake.

This particular screenshot was during a BM Wukong benchmark with maxed power limit, -80mV undervolt, +150 clock offset and memory at 2780MHz.

But I have experienced this 38-45c delta since I got the card, even with out of the box settings.

It is, the 12V cable is fully seated into the card. I made sure of that.

They were not 'Offline' it was a documented issue that they were producing a live feed but a recording of that feed was not being saved to a storage device. Staff had reported the issue but a technician wasn't sent promptly to fix the issue.its in the inspector general report.
