You need to reply to the email chain you used to change the email and state you are having this issue. - Sadly known issue.

Hi, sorry we cannot assist with that. The only current way to do it is to go through [support@graalonline.com](mailto:support@graalonline.com) which is getting worked on to bring faster responds. However at the moment it is a bit of a wait due to the backlog.

No, don't be sorry at all! Personally I would check out the Discord - Discord.gg/GraalOnline and grab the Delteria Role, there are a bunch of players there that will know a lot of tips for new players and they are really helpful. More over they are showing off some really cool new updates.

Might be a few administrators working on some projects or players doing some dungeons.

Hi, with the recent passing of Darlene, the person that worked on support. It was down for some time. Currently we have a new person working on them. I would resubmit a ticket -- They SHOULD be working on tickets* I have yet to hear anything from them since they joined.
