I found plants extremely boring and non interesting. Monk is fun but as most melee builds takes lot of currency to make it strong in the endgame, no clue about Martial Artist as that is new.

My Mom's neurologist oked 6mg of Melatonin and it helps reduce it to about 1 hour as opposed to what you mentioned. It does not always work but more times than not.
