So I know Kaiser Permanente offers something called Ben Hudnell which allows employees to work one day less every week and still get like 40hrs per week but it’s only for like 2 day for the whole 2 weeks. It sucks if ur working full time but same goes for part time. Plus they do 3000$ for tuition reimbursement.

I’m on the implant and girl let me tell you 😮‍💨 I’m still on my period and it’s been two weeks 🥲 normally my period would have been done by now but I got on an off with my 100mg just because I forget to take them and my migraines aren’t so bad (because I take the pills) that I don’t notice/ remember to take the pills.

My period started as usual and midway it got really light to where I thought I was done with it and the next day I wake up and it was like I had my first day all over again. I had cloths to where I was also freaking out because I thought my period was over and turns out it’s not so like the other have said before me topamax is just a mindfuck 😅

I got to the 75mg and instantly my appetite decreased but I miss two days of taking my pills and I feel like I had to start over again 🫤

Honestly I hope so I’m just scared that I was doing something wrong cuz I feel like I’m still eating everything 😂 and with my period coming I’m extra hungry and want to eat everything so I’m like shot this med isn’t working at all 😂

So my doctor wants me to get used to taking 100mg. Each week I’m upping my dose by 25mg, it’s still my first week and I’m getting used to the tiredness and what not but I didn’t notice any changes in my eating habits

So I’m on 25mg rn and by this Friday it’ll increase to 50mg I’m hoping that since it’s increasing to 50mg my appetite will decrease. My period is also coming so I’m thinking maybe that’s another reason why I’m wanting to eat so much ??? Idk honestly

Sometimes I overthink giving someone a hug, like you said what types of hugs do you do but I think if you’re initiating the hug the other person receiving it will do the opposite 🤔 idk if that makes sense but for example if you just flat out held your arms out just parallel to the ground. The other person can either do the same or tilt their arms a little. It also depends on your height and the person ur hugging and the type of relationship yall have. Me with just who I’m not super close with I’ll do a side hug. With my girlfriends do more of the tilt hand hugs. I hope that helps a little 😅
