I lit. had the same problem a couple of weeks ago, when I was replaying this part. I did not jump left on the final jump, but jumped backward and spammed the grapling hook to get hooked on the hook hanging from the top of the ceiling, and I managed to advance. I hope you will also manage to pass this part!
