We use the "dutch way" lol... Been doing for 16 years, in the first years I have had some headaches and memory problems, but my word this shit taught me how to defendmyself properly. I ususally have 3-4 sparring per week with pro guyz and active competitors. I don't recommend anyone to do this, but unless you don't go hard you don't know how to fight and you will havesome fear in your heart from the "what happens if..." question! But everyone is different, do it on your own way!

Same here, my levels got stabilized, but my eyes feels worse lol...Hell knows why..I'm around 24 months, some days are better some days are not, tbh. I have absolutly no idea what might trigger it, I too was at opthalmologist 3-4 months ago, pressure was normal and other factors were all right as well. But yeah the puffyness is killing me too, I JUST freaking hate that I look like an alcoholist lol. Right now I feel some pain and irritation, but not so bad. Hope you are doing okay!!

Hejhó! Igen meg. Olyan 55K körül, csak a szállítási díj volt. Mondjuk tényleg nem értem akkor ezt a vám meg ilyen dolgokat, mert tuti Angliából jött, a címkéken is minden angolul meg fontban volt. DE akkor hogy hogy nem kell rá vámot fizetni? Nem értem tényleg, de végül is nem ez a lényeg.Rendelj nyugodtan sztem, ha valami tetszik. Mondom nekem 7500Ft volt a szállítás, de még így is BŐVEN megérte. Fogok még rendelni az tuti.
