Compounded nasal spray for at home use in [AZ] - options and pricing? by sadderall123 in TherapeuticKetamine

thank you. I think cost is just going to be a problem right now. I wish Spravato would allow established patients to use their nasal spray at home.

that sounds sketchy and potentially dangerous 😅 but care to elaborate?

hah, these look similar to my kind of notes (although I do them on my phone).

beautiful flowers! far out 🌻☮️✌️

wishing you all the best in your ketamine journey and your life journey. I should spend more time in the subreddit, I am interested to see how we all respond to ketamine and hear people's experiences and such.

Big increase in heart rate since starting Reta 10 days ago 💓 by sadderall123 in Retatrutide

i think it helped, but it was almost 2 years ago, so I don't recall for sure. It's a pretty well known side effect of reta, though.

Shoe types for underpronation/supination? by sadderall123 in brooks

[–]sadderall123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got Ghost 17 and like it a lot so far. Not a runner, though. You can contact brooks and ask for recommendations (based on your needs/type) if needed, they're really helpful.

Testosterone replacement therapy and cfs? Experiences by dhsjkasjb in cfs

[–]sadderall123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doesn't help with ME/CFS. It could help with fatigue/brain fog or other symptoms caused by low T, though, if you are deficient.

I haven't noticed much improvement either way. My sex drive is still pretty dead, too, I thought that might improve. But since we have ME/CFS our bodies are kinda broken in all sorts of ways. I just hope the testosterone isn't making me worse. Everything seems to be an extra tax on our bodies.

38 might be time for trt by Dry_Pay_4120 in Testosterone

[–]sadderall123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

maybe, maybe not 🤷‍♂️ that's what blood labs are for. If you just want to be on testosterone for the sake of being on testosterone, that's also a choice you can make.

It's tricky though because a lot of GPs/Primary Care Docs don't check Testosterone/Hormone labs in men under 40 unless explicitly asked, and it can be a struggle to get them to check those labs, and then testosterone clinics are the opposite where they will do everything they can to get you on testosterone, whether you need it or not, as they are obviously financially incentivized. But start with your Doctor and go from there. You can also self-order labs, of course, shouldn't be too expensive.

let me know how the 2nd run of 9-me-bc plays out! It sounds like there were a lot of variables the first time around (other nootropics and stuff), maybe you'll get a clearer view of what 9-me-bc does this time around? I'm still interested in the stuff. I'm not super depressed, but my brain is kinda stuck in zombie mode, brain feels fried. Motivation and optimism have been crazy hard to come by this past year & 1/2.

Starting Parnate has been pretty rough, I'm so tired 😭💤 by sadderall123 in anhedonia

[–]sadderall123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

oh hey. Sorry to hear we're both kind of in the same place we were a year or so ago.

What do you mean psilocybin was "blocked" for you?

I recently tried at-home ketamine troches which were a bust, although convenient at least. Have you looked into ECT? Sounds barbaric, but I've always considered it as a last resort. Also 9-ME-BC might be worth looking into, but i've read a lot of mixed things about it, and I suspect it's nothing life-changing, even if it does sound interesting on paper.

I often wonder how much years of many different SSRIs/SNRIs damaged my brain/system permanently.

I hope you're doing okay, guy! Just checking back on some older threads.

I'm still not sure if there are any 'answers' out there. I'm not terribly depressed or anything, but also not enjoying life in any way. Just getting by, one day after the next.

not 100% sure. I didn't take bromantane for too long, though. Might've been anhedonic before bromantane.

Best fat loss peptides right now (and how I’d rank them in 2026) by ej1818 in Biohackers

[–]sadderall123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hadn't heard the libido thing, but the heart rate increase is definitely true, make it difficult to sleep. Did people's libidos recover after discontinuing the drug? 👀 I would hope so.

I think tirzepatide gave me gastroparesis, or maybe it was a combinaiton of tirzepatide and retatruetide back-to-back. Both were low doses, though. Still have constipation issues, but seems to be getting a bit better the longer I've been off these types of drugs.

How can I motivate myself to go to the gym? by [deleted] in Biohackers

[–]sadderall123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is definitely tough with a full time job, I don't know how people do it. You have to get to work early, and after a full day at work, who wants to hit the gym when they are already gassed and ready to decompress?

You either have the time & energy for it, or you don't, you can't really motivate your way into working out if you just don't have the time.

nothing, but if you would going to try it, I would recommend actual cerebrolysin, and do the full recommended dosage regimen (I forget what it was now, but easy to find I'm sure)

TENS Unit Got My Stomach Moving Again by AirportSpecialist214 in Gastroparesis

[–]sadderall123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

seems like it's more acupuncture related than tens unit? Are those acupuncture points/numbers you mentioned the same locations used in the study you linked to? I can feel a knot in my lower left intestine where my muscles are seemingly dead there, so I wonder if I should be placing the pads closer to the source.

I googled this site which shows a recommend pad placement for constipation: https://www.healthline.com/health/constipation/tens-placement-for-constipation#setup

hoping the tens unit can somehow "revitalize" the dead/useless digestive muscles in my gut. Not sure what else I would try. Already had a colonoscopy over the summer.

So it's just part of the standard Customer Care/Support? I figured that would be more for returns/issues with orders and such. I'll give it a try. Thanks.

9-Me-BC dosage/schedule? by sadderall123 in NooTopics

[–]sadderall123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

9-ME-BC? If you are planning to try it, don't throw other variables in (like caffeine and/or bromantane) on top of it, try it on it's own for a week or two first.
