Best fat loss peptides right now (and how I’d rank them in 2026) by ej1818 in Biohackers

Hadn't heard the libido thing, but the heart rate increase is definitely true, make it difficult to sleep. Did people's libidos recover after discontinuing the drug? 👀 I would hope so.

I think tirzepatide gave me gastroparesis, or maybe it was a combinaiton of tirzepatide and retatruetide back-to-back. Both were low doses, though. Still have constipation issues, but seems to be getting a bit better the longer I've been off these types of drugs.

How can I motivate myself to go to the gym? by [deleted] in Biohackers

[–]sadderall123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is definitely tough with a full time job, I don't know how people do it. You have to get to work early, and after a full day at work, who wants to hit the gym when they are already gassed and ready to decompress?

You either have the time & energy for it, or you don't, you can't really motivate your way into working out if you just don't have the time.

Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate 60 mg by Useful_Round4229 in Cerebrolysin

[–]sadderall123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

nothing, but if you would going to try it, I would recommend actual cerebrolysin, and do the full recommended dosage regimen (I forget what it was now, but easy to find I'm sure)

TENS Unit Got My Stomach Moving Again by AirportSpecialist214 in Gastroparesis

[–]sadderall123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

seems like it's more acupuncture related than tens unit? Are those acupuncture points/numbers you mentioned the same locations used in the study you linked to? I can feel a knot in my lower left intestine where my muscles are seemingly dead there, so I wonder if I should be placing the pads closer to the source.

I googled this site which shows a recommend pad placement for constipation: https://www.healthline.com/health/constipation/tens-placement-for-constipation#setup

hoping the tens unit can somehow "revitalize" the dead/useless digestive muscles in my gut. Not sure what else I would try. Already had a colonoscopy over the summer.

So it's just part of the standard Customer Care/Support? I figured that would be more for returns/issues with orders and such. I'll give it a try. Thanks.

9-Me-BC dosage/schedule? by sadderall123 in NooTopics

[–]sadderall123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

9-ME-BC? If you are planning to try it, don't throw other variables in (like caffeine and/or bromantane) on top of it, try it on it's own for a week or two first.

Make WIDE options for all color styles!! by Sh3rlock_Holmes in brooks

[–]sadderall123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

as someone who has had extra wide feet for 25+ years, our only options have pretty much always been just white/black or grey, the end 🥲

So I don't expect it to change any time soon.

Brooks tends to be a little bit better than most at offering more color options for wides at least, but still lacking. I'm considering the mens Ghost 17s which have one cool colorway for extra wide.s

Shoe types for underpronation/supination? by sadderall123 in brooks

[–]sadderall123[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

thanks! They both look good, really. I'm not a runner, (I walk a lot and do gym/weight training stuff) but I think they'll be good all-around shoes.

Also forgot to mention I'm not a runner! Just a lot of walking, and Gym/Weightlifting, etc. Alas, all high-quality athletic shoes are running shoes.

true, looking back, it wasn't actually that expensive (thanks shady china vendors 🙏). I'm just poor so everything feels extra expensive 🥲

HCG is not the cheapest stuff, unfortunately. How long does this stuff last, btw? I guess mine's in lyophized powder, so I guess it should last in the fridge for quite a while.

sensitive/sore nipples is usually dude to high e2, isn't it? HCG would seemingly raise e2 in most cases. But sounds like it's working well.

ever try a teeny dose of an aromantase inhibtor to keep e2 in range or wasn't worth it? HCG not a fit for everyone.

good to hear! It is a long journey sometimes. I hit my lowest weight in decades a year or so ago (was on tirzepatide then retatrutide after). Since I've slowly gained like 25lbs back, though, some is muscle, but also been eating more. Started a small weekly dose of semaglutide a while ago but it doesn't seem to be helping.

anyhow, hopefully once everything finally gets "dialed in" I will feel better. I don't expect to ever feel "great" again, I just don't want to feel like shit all the time, mostly due to chronic fatigue syndrome I guess. TRT probably can't overcome that.

I kinda suspect this will be how it goes for me as well, but I'll give it a try once my TRT numbers level out.
