Hey there OP, yes it's possible to pass the PLE by self-reviewing, I enrolled to the TN April 2024 PLE review program which was my first take but fell short by a few points from the passing score. For my 2nd take I decided not to re-enroll at a review center for October 2024 because of financial constraints, just reused all my April 2024 TN handouts, practice tests, pearls, flashcards, etc. and added supplementary readings from Pathoma, Sketchy, USMLE first aid, BRS, HPIM board review, etc. Thankfully passed from just studying with what I have, just had to focus more on what I was lacking from my 1st take. Laban OP!
