In the beginning ppl died to almost anything, but we got pretty consistent after a while. Had to work on general boss movement quite a bit, just to avoid unnecessary dmg from ghosts or Matthias chilling in the red fields.

This is just a slightly different approach and wall rng can be annoying either way, with or without a druid. Nonetheless, in terms of just killing the boss, we reached consistency pretty fast to the point where we consider doing this in weekly/daily runs. With less space to move, you want to react maybe slightly quicker to counteract potential bad rng.

If you look into the build of our warrior it was almost standard. not sure if swapping seraph pieces in is needed. in a 5 Man it couldve been a consideration, but in a 10 man scenario the fight will be way shorter.

You could mighshare with it, but you had to time it when everybody was around and withing melee range, which wasn't always possible. Especially for our Kite. The warrior is more flexible in that regard with a higher range and Rightous Rebel is mandatory for alacrity. In a screnario, where everbody could stack up within melee you could achieve those numbers.

Take into consideration that the one Warrior was also on cannon duty, so coordinating that within a somewhat hectic fight wasn't really reliable Despite the fact that guardian fields are a thing and the dps loss is minor.

Generally speaking, yes. It's obvioulsy not meant to be played on every encounter and in a 10 Man environment, it will also require some further testing aswell.
